The premise of this show was to have a collaboration of artists' exchange artwork. By making multiple prints and exchanging them each artist had privy to a small collection. 16 artists were invited for the show. Each artist made an edition of 17 prints. The extra print was donated to the Donna Beam Fine Art Gallery.

All of the participants involved themselves truly in the making of these works. It is with special acknowledgement that Bob Wysocki's contribution to the show was to make the box holding all of the prints. His metal print carrier was powder coated black and “John Deer” green. Wysocki used a mathematical algorithm of enlarging circles, the largest circle identifying the edition number. All prints are now protected in steel.

That collection of prints is one of my most valued possessions.

The show came off beautifully; it developed a wonderful bond between three otherwise somewhat divided entities: Faculty, Graduate, and Undergraduates.

Furthermore, this show enabled my confidence as a currator to develop. Hanging an art show of your own work is a daunting task; add the element of 16 other artists' egos plus agendas and the formula has many more variables.

I would encourage any artist brave enough to organize a print exchange to do so. The reward of your labor would be tenfold.
